Noonan closest to perfect

How does a skeet shooter ever miss? After all, there are about 500 little pellets fired in a swarm 30 inches wide.
But shooters do miss often and a perfect score of 25 is hard to reach, proving the difficulty of the sport.

The scores from last Tuesday night’s skeet shoot at the Fort Frances Sportsmen’s Club range at Frog Creek were as follows:
Len Noonan (24, 23, 23, 22), Jeremy McGuire (23, 21), Tony Manuge (20, 22, 20, 18), Jerry Koslucker (21, 20, 19, 18), Rick Johnson (20, 21), Harvey Perry (20, 19, 20), and Ted Brockie (22, 20).
